Home Buying Experience

1)  Deciding to buy a home - Buying a home is one of the most important personal decisions you can make. One's home is personalized to their hopes, dreams, values and lifestyle. Starting this journey in ownership can be overwhelming and stressful however with a little planning I can assure you we will get the right home for you. Based on the specifics you will identify in this preparation, I will be able to set up your private client search. This means that you will obtain email notifications and current up-to-date MLS listings which will identify the address, room measurements, tax info, photographs and detailed information on new propensities. This will be provided to ensure you don't miss out on any new hot and upcoming listings that could be your dream home. To better understand what you are looking for I have created a buyer questionnaire that can be found under the buying heading that will allow me to understand you as a buyer much better. 

2) Choosing me as your Realtor -
